The Cha Cha Cha

Is in 4/4 Tempo (Around 128 beats per minute)

Cha Cha Cha is a Latin dance which originated in the 1940's from Mambo. (At first called the Triple Mambo)

The hip giration and pounding action made it so popular it soon became its own dance.

Distinguished from other dances by the  Cha Cha Cha part which is counted 4 & 1 (Quick Quick Slow)

All together starting on the second beat 2,3,4 & 1 (Slow, Slow, Quick, Quick, Slow)

This is a dangerous dance. Done right a man can seduce any woman with it. I've had women ask me to come home with them and their husbands after a dance.

I'm not gay but maybe if it will get me more women. But lets not go there right now.

Guapacha

Is a timing used in Cha Cha that comes from Samba

Guapacha is pronounced WAH-pah-cha .

The guapacha timing has a 3/8 beat hesitation followed by a quick catch up step.

2 e and (a) (3) e and a (4) e (and) a (1) e and a.

This takes practice
